I'm going to remind you again that first words are important, especially in the Scripture and especially as it applies to the ministry of Jesus, because what Jesus said at the beginning of His ministry was important in setting the direction of it, not only for Him.

But we're going to find out today that the first words that he spoke to His disciples were the utmost importance in setting the direction not only of the time that they would have with him while he was on the earth, but the time that they would have following his departure.

Amen, jesus' whole ministry with his disciples was basically Jesus's whole ministry with his disciples was basically I'm going to emphasize, with his disciples, not in general to other people on the outside, but with his disciples was a ministry to prepare them for what they would do after he left.

We're going to talk about two words today.
